Let me write it out so that I can learn in the process and well rebuke every form of greed that wants to enter into me. It was something I was discussing with my brother that ‘ actually nobody cares’ (well, I had to immediately counter that statement because the true actuality is that ‘very few care’).
This is what I keep saying, in a family of ten, if seven are thieves then that family will be nicknamed ‘family of thieves’ and it gets difficult for the remaining three to argue these assumptions.
Let me start by asking, the ongoing war in the middle east, what has been your first step or concerns? Have you prayed towards the peace of the middle east or you are first after your portfolio? How we have become very used to monetary activities that we capitalize on everything for profit.
I am not saying we should look off the need to understand how the economy works. Nevertheless, let it not be the TOP concern at the cost of human lives.

Ok, I know that statement; ‘we have seen wars before’, let's share the spoils. Be careful, your human conscience is dying as you continue to give your calculator the greatest concerns. I am an entrepreneur and yes, business and calculations is one of the things I like doing but I have to be very careful.
My conscience kicked in yesterday while discussing how oils prices has pumped and here within my heart was; ‘Dani, to bare most bothered about oil prices as a topic for discussion rather than interceding in prayers for the peace of the Middle East? Oh Lord! Please help me.
I was following up with diverse channels of news yesterday and the top concern was never the death count, it was calculations involving how it is reflected in the financial markets. Investors' reactions here and there and maybe I should pause and ask, does it look like you? Getting very bothered that you are losing your $1K investment or getting happier as your oil stocks give you a pump in two days? HAVE YOU BECOME GREEDY?.

One of the news I had to turn my concerns to was an interactive session between two broadcasters and the first speaker said, ‘does Trump know anything about the financial markets to start a war on a Saturday?’. You get it NOW, starting the war is not really the actual concern, at least on working days so that investors can pull out fast enough. Where is our human conscience?
To conclude, let me add, there is a need to address our mentality when stepping into a war situation. One of it is how we deal with human lives against market price pursuits. Greed has many ways of crawling in.
