La capa de personalización HyperOS ha recibido varias actualizaciones de su versión 3 basado en Android 16, trayendo consigo varias cosas interesantes. Después de varios días de prueba, estás sin algunas de las que más me han llamado la atención.
The HyperOS customization layer has received several updates in version 3, based on Android 16, bringing along some interesting features. After testing it for a few days, here are the ones that have caught my attention the most.
Hay varios cambios, pero por ahora mencionaré dos de los que más resaltan para mí. El primero es la Hyper Island, la copia barata de la Dynamic Island de IOS. Por ahora lo que se muestra es la música que reproduces si usas Spotify por ejemplo. Después de revisar que otras cosas ocupan está Isla dinámica, solo encontré que la linterna y el cronómetro se ubican en ella, del resto más nada. Lo único bueno es que puedes intercambiar entre las islas si varias están activas, pero eso sería bueno si fueran cosas más útiles.
There are a few changes, but for now, I will mention two that really stand out to me. The first is "Hyper Island," the cheap knockoff of iOS's Dynamic Island. Right now, it basically just shows the music you are playing if you use Spotify, for example. After checking to see what else occupies this dynamic island, I only found that the flashlight and timer appear there—nothing else. The only good thing is that you can switch between islands if multiple are active, but that would actually be useful if they did more helpful things.
La otra opción que personalmente llevo mucho tiempo esperando, es poder desinstalar aplicaciones del sistema pero de forma oficial, no a través de métodos y aplicaciones de terceros. Para hacerlo, hay que ingresar a las aplicacion Get App que viene por defecto en el sistema operativo. Una vez ingresas a la aplicación seleccionas la opción de Desinstalar, así se desplegará la lista de aplicaciones, donde podrás ver varias de las que vienen por defecto que normalmente no usamos, esto es muy bueno porque podemos liberar espacio.
The other option, which I have personally been waiting for for a long time, is being able to officially uninstall system apps, rather than relying on third-party methods or applications. To do this, you have to go into the GetApps app that comes pre-installed on the operating system. Once you are inside the app, select the uninstall option, and it will pull up a list of apps. You will see several default apps that we usually do not use, which is great because it helps us free up some space.
Estás y otras varias opciones fueron añadidas en esta nueva versión, pero hasta ahora, en lo que he probado, es lo que me parece más importante, sin embargo, seguiré indagando que más se ajusto o mejoró para compartirlo por acá.
These and several other options were added in this new version, but based on what I have tested so far, these are what I consider most important. Regardless, I will keep digging into what else has been tweaked or improved to share with you all here.
