My uncle bought us lunch today from a hawker center nearby where he lives. He was coming around to our area where we live so he got us some delicious takeaway.
I got a Prawn Noodle which is famous is Penang. You rarely find really good ones here in KL but this was exceptionally good. Asides the fact that the amount of meat and prawns were very little, the soup which is the main ingredient in a Prawn Noodle dish was super delicious.

The broth had a great depth of prawn flavor and the spice level was just right and not overly spicy where you could really savor and drink the soup. It had the right consistency and wasn't thin but had a nice viscosity to it. Every mouthful of the broth was bursting with flavors. They were also super generous with the amount of broth they gave. I drank so much of it but still had half a bowl left after.

The other ingredients in the Prawn Noodle were pork slices, some beancurd skin, 2 prawns, and a hardboiled egg. For my noodles, I chose yellow noodles. You could also choose what type of noodles to choose from from flat noodles to vermicelli.
A delicious meal especially if you're a noodles lover.
