Hand of Fatima or Hamsa is a symbol & amulet used by the hebrew, and arabic, and other communities.
It brings protection against the evil eye.
It is a very common design in jewelry as well as henna and clothings.
The shape is usually a rounded hand, with an eye (deflecting the evil eye, and lower energies), the hand is usually decorated with beautiful designs such as flowers or vines.
