Already ridiculously hot out there. I would have been tempted to avoid the run completely today, but I felt stiff as a board this morning!
You might think that was due to my long run yesterday, but i suspect its more likely attributed to the 3 hours of gardening i did on Saturday
I'm used to running, not gardening!
With it being so warm, i decided 5km or 30 mins would be enough, and despite being drenched in sweat i do feel better for it.
Now its time for a pointless shower, and then I'll head over to Dad's house to start getting ready for a BBQ later this afternoon
