Interesting outlook , I think the topic about truth is really touchy and hard to discuss, but i agree that morality is in the same time very important and hard to achieve - coherent words and actions in everything that you do, precisely because of the many biases and logical fallacies that occasionally get a lot of people to be delusional.
Everything starts with self-awareness and i recommend a lot of meditation.
Its a pity that we dont get to learn and practice such things as critical thinking, awareness(both about us and the people around us), time/money management etc...
