Just returned from the Iron Pump also known as the gym. Went there with my Iron buddy and pumped the shit out of my back. That's going to be sore tomorrow. From now on I will be referring to the gym as Iron Pump. And gym buddy is still Iron buddy. Would be awesome if it catches on. Yeah buddy!
