Well it's that time of the year, the garden is starting to pay dividends. So far this season I have picked lettuce and kale, however, it has been quite a waiting game for other veggies to mature.
Over the last week, I have been enjoying these delicious slender green beans. I planted a short row, and since another row and also pole beans for a later time. You can also see some tiny peppers. These plants were labeled snack peppers but I was expecting them to be a little larger. None the less, they will work good in salads and they are quite sweet.
We also have been enjoying Zucchini and yellow squash. They are producing very well and are delicious in stir fry, Zucchini bread and more.
As always, thanks for reading, more updates to come.
