Many people get so nervous over different issues in Life and most of these things aren't worth it at all. Most people have issues with beauty, wealth, character, race etc.
Nevertheless, I have learnt that you may not get all you needed in Life because of the insatiability and the numerous needs of humans in general and this is factually veritable.
Moreso, I kept asking the question why people kill and border themselves over issues that aren't worth it and I've tried taking some research into the core reason for this and then realized that it all depends on one's mentality.
The two major reasons why people commit suicide.
Absence of personal love.
This is the core reason for which people do take their lives. I have realized that someone that loves himself can not try harming himself for whichever reason. There have been this regular story specifically here in Nigeria about people jumping into Lagoons because of depression although there are more global issues in comparison and I have really learnt that it wasn't because of depression but rather the absence of personal love.
If someone really loves himself, no reason is justifiable for him to commit suicide even in the peak of any form of depression.
Some other persons have also taken their lives because of their nature or posture. The fact remains that no one made himself and has no valid reason to take his life but rather, try to create an irresistible love for yourself even when no one admires you.
Depression.
This is another valid but irrational ground for which people do take their lives and this is quite despicable and highly daffy.
The fact remains that depression is very dangerous and needs a more resolute mind to be able to surmount even without much external assistance.
I have circumspectly observed many depressed People although I have been through the same process but it was really undeserving and one of the worst and destructive arsenal for which an individual can take his life without much thought.
Other reasons why People do take their lives untimely lies in the context and are inherent on the above expantiated corollaries for instance; a failed attempt can lead to depression, loss of one's personal resources can lead to depression and on the contrary, a bad posture probably as a result of accident can lead to personal hatred, failure while others succeeded in a particular thing can also lead to personal hatred and so on.
How to overcome the issues of committing suicide
Love yourself.
To most People, the core value of life is the availability of their basic necessities but I observed that the core value of life should rather be the love of oneself.
If I love myself, I wouldn't try taking my life for anything because such an attitude is abusively sacrilegious and excessively indecorous, since I never created myself and cannot create any prototype of me. Nonetheless, if I truly love myself, I can easily love others and then make the world a safer and better place for everyone.
Create a forum for personal assistance.
Most People needlessly prefer extranging themselves from others who may have been of good assistance to them in their upheavals but due to their secludedness from those folks, the necessary aid may not get to them when it's most needed.
For instance, i had a Friend by name Enyinna though i call him Effizy and this my late Friend took his life using sniper in 2017, on account of some money he lost to fraudsters and he died because he never created room for we his friend's to properly advise him and there are still other related ordeals which i may not be able to state here.
Conclusion.
Life is too short and very expensive to be spent without Wisdom, the greatest offer one can give himself is just to love himself but don't permit it to degenerate to self centeredness and abuse of others. Don't trade your life for anything because nothing really worth who you are.
