Well the hike to Crandell Lake started off with a little bit of excitement you might say. So I’m hiking solo and all of a sudden a family of big horned sheep are approaching, and they don’t seem like they are interested in sharing the trail with me! Luckily there was a large rock nearby which I hopped on, then quickly grabbed my bear spray in preparation to disperse, and suddenly the family decided to veer to their right in order to avoid my bear spray! Lucky them/lucky me lol. I realize they are not exactly the same kind of threat as a bear, but they are known to head butt cars and have tempers. Better to be safe than sorry. Thanks for stopping by.
