I've always had a pretty well-developed sense of humor. I really enjoy intelligent humor, like that of Les Luthiers, Mr. Bean, or sitcoms like Friends or The Big Bang Theory.
I don't like vulgar or racist jokes. Perhaps because of all this, my friends are the ones who make me laugh the most.
Since I'm involved in the arts, it's common for my friends to be people with above-average cultural awareness. Therefore, the jokes tend to be elaborate and referential; or at least more intelligent than typical jokes.
Of course, those common jokes are also plentiful, especially at parties.
Something quite interesting about my friends is that they are good people, affectionate, attentive, but with a very dark sense of humor.
I love that contrast (just like dark humor).
The good thing about living in a province like mine, and developing professionally in a field like literature, allows me to run into some of my friends around the city, in cafes, at any time of day. Even when I travel outside of Buenos Aires, I run into friends who make me laugh.
Some of them even make it their mission to make me laugh every time they see me. Perhaps because I'm the smallest, a woman, and know how to be a good friend, they always see me as their little sister and try to make me happy.
That's the great thing about having good friends. They always find a way to lift your spirits and make you smile. especially when you need it most.

Siempre he sido una persona con un sentido del humor bastante desarrollado. Me gusta mucho el humor inteligente como el de Les Luthiers, Mr Bean o sitcoms como Friends o The Big Bang Theory.
No me gustan los chistes vulgares o racistas. Quizás por todo esto, son mis amigos los que más me hacen reír.
Al encontrarme envuelta en un mundo artístico, es común que mis amigos sean personas con una cultura por encima del promedio. Por tanto las bromas suelen ser elaboradas referenciales; o al menos con un grado de inteligencia superior a los chistes habituales.
Por supuesto, esas bromas comunes también abundan, sobre todo en las fiestas.
Algo bastante interesante entre mis amigos, es que son buenas personas, cariñosas, atentas, pero con un humor negro muy oscuro.
Ese contraste me encanta (al igual que el humor negro).
Lo bueno de vivir en una provincia como la mía, y desarrollarme profesionalmente en un medio como el de la literatura, me permite encontrarme por la ciudad, en las cafeterías y a cualquier hora del día, alguno de mis amigos.
Incluso, cuando salgo de provincia me encuentro con amigos que me hacen reír.
Hay algunos que, incluso, se han propuesto hacerme reír cada vez que me ven.
Quizás por ser la más pequeña de tamaño, se mujer y saber ser una buena amiga, me miran siempre como su hermana pequeña y buscan hacerme feliz.
Eso es lo bueno de tener buenos amigos. Siempre encuentran una forma de levantarte el ánimo y sacarte una sonrisa; en especial, cuando más lo necesitas.
