Weigh in for the day 184.4 weights up again (Confused?!?!?)
Feeling a little discouraged but to compensate I have increased the work-out again, and next time I get discouraged I am just going to do more! I intend to get below 180 by the 30 day mark, but it is starting to look a lot more difficult!
