3 Sets of 25 Biceps 10 Lbs
3 Sets of 10 Triceps 10 Lbs
The official weigh in for the day is going to be 183.8
So far no noticeable changes but we still have 361 days to go!
Getting tired, tomorrow I may need a break from the skiing!
