2 sets of 20 Bicycle Kicks
2 Sets of 2 Minute Jump Rope
2 sets of 10 Sit-ups
2 sets of 15 Push-ups
2 sets of 15 Squats
2 Sets of 10 Biceps 20 Lbs
2 Sets of 15 Triceps 10 Lbs
Dropped down the exercise a wee bit today, I feel like I am getting closer to the end of the cold, I have tried pretending I wasn't sick and was fighting through it. But the exhaustion has slowly started to slip in and I don't particularly want to give up exercise completely, So I am just taking it back a little bit. Hope everyone else is fighting the good fight this winter!
