The Workout:
3 sets of 20 Bicycle Kicks
3 Sets of 2 Minute Jump Rope
3 sets of 10 Sit-ups
3 sets of 10 Push-ups
3 sets of 10 Squats
3 Sets of 10 Biceps 20 Lbs
3 Sets of 6 Triceps 20 Lbs Lbs (Finally increased the weight on the Triceps, it has been a long struggle)
So if anyone hasn't noticed, I had increased the sets from 2-3 which is a 33% increase in my work-out. I don't know if I am going to stick with this, but I felt a little bit higher energy today, so I went ahead and did an extra set. Tomorrow, is rest day, but I am surprisingly not sore, I think it is finally time to re-vamp the exercise.
