Introduction

Utopian.io is a very popular community on the steemit blockchain website now, so many developments has taken place so far. Recently they just reached a milestone of 10,000 accepted articles on the platform, this is a great achievement for the website. Quickly i have a very important suggestion to make concerning the website.

Suggestion

Everyday new users join the utopian-io platform and then they try to create post and 80% of them end up creating a post that has already been created before, Why is that? Even with the use of the search button that helps users check for a post that they want to suggest before suggesting, this old articles are not arranged properly Making the search very difficult for users. There should be a drop down menu that allows user to sort out the results according to there preference (e.g date, alphabetic etc), or days they want to search through so as to make the searching a whole lot easier instead of going through all the post which is not arranged properly. Below is a screenshot of how the search area looks like.

In the screenshot above you can see a post of 2 months ago and also 23 days and 29 days respectively, If the drop down menu is implemented it should have three sections like the month users want to search for and also day. When a user is searching they just need to choose the date they want to search for and boom they get all contributions under that date and if they don't find it there they would search under another section, rest assured that they have checked through each drop down section and did not find the contribution they want to suggest so they can go ahead with the suggestion.

In conclusion

This arrangement suggestion is very important as it will help and reduce users stress on searching for written articles Already. This is my little contribution u hope it will be favorably considered.
