3 Things I’m Grateful For Today…

Seems things have gone a little quiet on that front. In terms of new clients, but you know how things go, travel, schedules. It’s hard to lock people and things down. Just gotta be patient and wait for it all to “come out in the wash” as they say! In the mean time it looks like I have a bit more design work to do so I’ll be working through that as the week rolls on.
A bit ridiculous the speed and severity with which I hit a wall this afternoon, I really thought it was going to be a good one with tons of energy and yoga and all the regular happy bouncy focus I’ve been having lately but my body and mind had other plans. Maybe it’s the halloween vibes, or full-sh moons or maybe the fact that I haven’t had vitamins for a few days since the shipment was delayed.
Could a 3/4 days make that big of a difference? I don’t know but I certainly didn’t feel myself this afternoon. Brain chemicals are a strange thing. Maybe I’ve just been pushing too hard. Either way I’m going to try my best to be kind to myself.
Either way, tomorrow is meal prep day, which while it’s a lot of work it’s one of my favorite days. I get to exercise my analog creativity parts of my brain, and have some podcasts times and not have to worry about modding. I’m pretty excited about both the recipes this week. One tried and true that I know I don’t have to think too hard about and a brand new oatmeal strawberry one that I wish I had right now to be honest just because it looks so yumzor, been really into oats lately, maybe it’s a fall thing. Going to be straight up mid-day fuel. Pumped.
I know you like when I’ve got that meal prep energy on too, I’m looking forward to sending you photos and little updates as I go. And I gotta remember to keep my notebook close by because I always think of a few new things for the ebook about preplife.
As for you my darling! Welcome to Wednesday! How did you sleep? I hope you were snug as a bug in a rug. Don’t forget some morning waters, a big stretch and maybe a bit of meditation. You've got plenty of time today so don't shy away from taking it slow if you need.
