One thing I’ve learned while working in nutrition is that feeling healthy changes the way you see yourself 🌿
It’s not about having the “perfect” body.
It’s about waking up with energy, feeling comfortable in your own skin, and smiling without forcing it.
Lately I’ve been trying to focus more on balance instead of pressure. Eating better, sleeping better, taking care of my mind, and also learning to appreciate my progress instead of criticizing every little thing.
Some days are harder than others, but moments like this remind me how important it is to celebrate yourself a little too 💛
