This is my first post on steemit and I am very excited to share my whole food, plant-based (WFPB) lifestyle with you all.
Brief introduction about myself
Inspired by the documentary What the Health as well as books and researches on a plant-based diet, I started following a whole food, plant-based diet back in February this year. I must admit that I used to have one or two cheat days a week where I would eat seafoods, processed foods, and others. Since July 22, I have been following a WFPB lifestyle thoroughly and I would like to share my journey with you.
What I eat on a plant based diet
I never expected a WFPB lifestyle would be exciting, but it is actually a lot of fun! There are tons of fruits and veggies to discover in this lovely planet.
