Wake up before sunrise
Many elder people suggest all to wake up at 5 in the morning to get a better health. Early bird categorized people often do their work peacefully right from the morning. Some studies show that people who wake up early usually have good psychological nature than the others as they have much time to do things correctly and peacefully. Night owls on the other hand often have mental problems as they find lack of time in everything. I may not suggest the walking up late lifestyle, but everyone is comfortable on their own schedule, so if they do not want to wake up early due to clear reasons it's totally acceptable.
Exercise at least for 45minutes
This may seem known thing, but often people do not take it for granted. Workout regardless of the body type, age, gender is essential to get a healthy life. This improves your body and lowers the risk of various diseases such as type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. Thus, improves your confidences by keeping you fit physically and mentally. There are many pieces of evidence say that the person who does more workout and stays active will eventually be active in older days. So, many advantages of this must grab the attention of all the individuals.
Have Green tea
The excellent source of green tea is antioxidants and many nutrients which play a crucial role in our health system. I will not suggest having tea early in the morning with empty stomach, instead of having it in early mornings, anytime other than that keeps our body significantly fit. It can also improve brain function, lowers risk of many diseases like various types of cancer and cardiovascular diseases, helps in fat burning, and promotes dental health. The great drink that nature has given to us with which we should exploit and improve our health.
Never skip breakfast
Breakfast is the important meal of the day as it is the key to encourage our metabolism. People who have breakfast will outperform than those who do not have. There are several downsides if you neglect breakfast such as you may feel tired, restless. All types of breakfast will never give you the benefits of having it. Instead, some affects you negatively. Consuming sugary foods early in the morning with empty stomach are the worst thing that you could do. Substitute it with oats meal with fruits and eggs. However, don't prefer very sugary fruit as well.
Having Good Food
“What you eat describes who you are” a nutritious diet is as important as anything in our lives. Try to add more fruits and vegetables in your diet. Inevitable things like probiotics which can be obtained from foods like yogurt, sauerkraut is so essential. Seeds are regarded as super small foods. Include more seeds like flax, sunflower, pumpkin, chia which contain fiber, amino acids and many useful vitamins and proteins. Cinnamon, ginger, turmeric are also considered as super foods which we should not avoid,
Try to spend some time practicing meditation
Many people eat good food, do exercise, and keeps their body fit, but they forget to keep their mind fit. Since many good lifestyles like eating good food, exercising can make your mental health well to some extent, practicing meditation fulfills the entire psychological health and keeps you healthy in terms your mind part too. There is no doubt we should get ready for all the health issues that come when we get older, but we should also keep in mind we may face psychological issues the next day like some problem in job, married life and many. So get ready for everything without getting carried away quickly.
Learn something new each day
This is the perfect thing which everyone should adopt. We learn many things knowingly or unknowingly, which is great, but what if we are not in such position that we can’t learn any useful knowledge. So make time to learn something like music, language, cooking. There are many resources on the internet which helps us to do this task. I think 20min of everyday would be sufficient for this activity.
Having Sound Sleep
Last but not least is having a sound sleep. A minimum of 8 hours sleep is imperative, which is not reached by many people who are working including me. Try to get uninterrupted sleep of at least 7 hours each day in order to stimulate your overall system. Many things happen when we sleep such as your memories restores, helps repair heart and blood vessels. There are risks for deficiency in sleep such as heart diseases, diabetes, and High blood pressure.
These things are as important as your career and studies. Do not avoid any of these and don’t consider only career is imperative. Many people say “health is wealth”.
