Central Group of Xuan Sang
With a simple, easy-to-make material, you can make your own handmade sweet pastry cake on the occasion of New Year.

Material:
450g dry glutinous rice flour, available in supermarkets
300g card or bile ducts
1 small ginger
550ml water filter
Sesame
Banana leaves, cooking oil.
Making:
Step 1:
- Wash banana leaves, cut into pieces of about 30cm or larger, depending on the size of your cake, stacking two banana leaves together. Place three corners in the vertical section, using a toothpick attached to the corner to hold the banana leaf not burst.

- Continue to fold three corners in the horizontal, use a permanent toothpick, make all the banana leaves. Without banana leaves, you can use small bowls.

Ginger shaved, washed, cut thin fibers.
Put water, sugar, ginger into the pot, boil to sugar melted, about 4 minutes, turn off the kitchen, let cool.

- Mix the flour to avoid lumps, until the mixture of salt lift up and flow down into each stream of flow is consistent to meet the requirements.

- Boil steam, steamed some oil in the banana leaf mold, pour the powder mixture into the mold, cover the lid, when steamed occasionally use a towel to clean the water under the lid.

Step 6:
Steam from 1 to 1.5 hours, until the toothpick is slightly past the powder, remove the toothpick out if still sticky powder, continue to steam, if the sticks are clean then the cake is cooked.
Cake after ripe, off the kitchen hand sprinkle a little sesame roasted on the cake surface. Cake can be held in more than a week, you cut the small cake and bring the fried.
