Do you eat breakfast? In one of my previous articles I've been talking about the importance of eating breakfast. I personally eat breakfast every morning because this way my body has the needed energy. This morning at breakfast I've had oatmeal. I like to put fruits above and my favorite is the one with banana. Today I wanted to try it with raspberries and blueberries and it was also delicious.
You need just few minutes to make oatmeal. It is a healthy meal because it is very rich in iron, fibers, zinc and Vitamin B.
Next I will share with you my oatmeal recipe:
- Put 160 g of oatmeals with 500 ml milk (or water) in a skillet on the cooker
- Add just few salt on it and mix it with a wooden spoon
- When the composition boils turn the fire to the minimim and keep mixing for 5 more minutes
Add the fruits above and enjoy your breakfast!
