Fried rice is a dish of cooked rice that has been stir-fried in a wok or a frying pan and is usually mixed with other ingredients such as eggs, vegetables, seafood, or meat,it is also very nutritious and tasty. This particular fried rice na balance diet.so am eating a healthy meal but don't forget your portion control...hmmmm to the story behind the meal. The step of the righteous man are truly ordered.. Lol.
