Hello fellow steemians, I just wann share to you this one of a kind Filipino the "chicken adobo". Have you tried this Filipino food, It is simple and easy to cook. Prepare a whole chicken, 1 1/2 cups distilled white vinegar, 3 garlic cloves "crushed", 2 bay leaves, 1/2 tablespoon whole black peppercors (crushed lightly), 3/4 cup sou souce, and 3 tablespoons vegetable oil. Marinate the chicken to avsorb all flavors from the narinafe, which makes it more flavorful. Then cook the chicken with the ingrediet until the sauce of the adobo thicken.
