I've been due for a rant.
I cannot stress this enough. Get EDUCATED and do NOT believe everything you read or hear.
The United States does not have a HEALTH CARE system. We have a Disease Management system. Their goal is to keep you alive (barely), but NOT to cure you. Why? There is no profit in healthy people. Cancer can't survive in an alkaline environment, but whatever natural health solution there might be, most people will ask their Doctor if they can take or eat it, because they don't realize THEY need to be their OWN Health Advocate!!
Big Pharma is what Doctor's are educated on, NOT Nutrition. Trust 💯, I come from a family line of doctors at the majority of my friends are also doctors and they will attest to this.
Educate yourselves & remain aware. In a day where so many different fad diets are amongst us, pills are everywhere, and people seek instant gratification, it is so important to understand what is behind the medicine and the food you're ingesting.
