Senang Masak, Kali ini Mari kita buat Mie Kepiting Aceh
Bahan : 125 gram spaghetti rebus, 1 ekor kepiting (700gram) bersihkan buang insang, kukus dan ambil daging dalam cangkangnya, sisihkan 1 buah tomat ukuran kecil dan iris membulat
Bumbu halus Mie Aceh : 6 buha cabai keriting, 5 siung bawang merah, 4 siung bawang putih, 1 kuku / 1 cm jahe, 2 cm kunyit, 1 sendok teh bubuk kari, 1 buah sareh ambil bagian putihnya yang lembut, 1/2 sendok teh ketumbar, 4 butir kapulaga, 1/3 sendok teh ijinten
Cara Mengolah Mie Aceh :
- Panaskan 3 sendok makan menyak goreng
- Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum kemudian masukkan daging dan capit kepiting
- Masukkan mie dan air secukupnya
- Masak sampai bumbu terserap
- Sajikan dengan pelengkapan bawang goreng, irisan daun bawang dan acar ketimun
