1.) Willingness. he or she must sought this position for himself\herself. and not for any other reasons.
2.) Responsibility. he or she must be able to not only take control but to also own up to his or her mistakes.
3.) Practicality. he or she must have the understanding that the world is a zero-sum game.
4.) Honesty. he or she must not omit details to gain an advantage.
5.) The people he or she allies with. The Senatorial Slate. They must be competent and not handpicked for popularity.
6.) Philippines first, the Filipino people second. he or she must have the stone heart to pursue growth rather than to alleviate.
