| Ingredientes: - 1 taza de cous cous. - 2 tazas de agua. - 1 zanahoria. - 1 papa. - 1/2 cebolla. - 1/2 pimenton. - 1 diente de ajo. - 10 gr de cilantro. - sal al gusto. - 1 cucharada grande de curry. - 1/4 de cucharadita de pimienta negra. - 1 cucharada de concentrado de tomate. | Ingredients: - 1 cup of cous cous. - 2 cups of water. - 1 carrot. - 1 potato. - 1/2 onion. - 1/2 paprika. - 1 clove garlic. - 10 grams of coriander. - salt to taste. - 1 large spoonful of curry. - 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. - 1 tablespoon of tomato concentrate. |

| En un sartén vamos a colocar 1/4 de taza de agua y aquí vamos a comenzar cocinando la papa y la zanahoria que la vamos a cortar en cubos pequeños. Esto lo vamos a tapar y vamos a dejar cocinar por aproximadamente 5 minutos. | In a pan we are going to place 1/4 cup of water and here we are going to start cooking the potato and the carrot that we are going to cut into small cubes.
