Sleep well? I didn't, in fact, I've been up all night. It's been miserable but I'm fairly used to it by now. Luckily it's the weekend or It would be one long day at work. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to fall asleep faster (or at all)? Drop them in the comments.
While mornings are awful I do try to make the best of it, a healthy breakfast and some coffee can have a serious impact on your mood. For me, a banana, two hard boiled eggs, and some walnuts all washed down with a cup of coffee have done the trick thus far this morning. When shopping for food it's extremely important to remember that you need to keep your brain healthy as well as your body; far too many forget the role your diet plays in your mental health.
