Last Sunday we had another #socalsteemit meetup!!
This meetup was at the Whittier Narrows park in Los Angeles county. I drove down to the park early and found us a nice picnic spot by the lake.
I also picked the spot by this cool dragon painting as I thought it would be a good marker to help people find us. And although we still had a bit of trouble with everyone finding us I think the dragon helped.
Once there I got the tables setup and started setting up all the food, and as usual I brought WAY too much food! But for me making all the food is part of the fun! As I was finishing setting up some members started to arrive! And since this meetup was at a park many of us brought our doggies along for the fun, so we also had a nice group of SoCal Steemit dogs! We all had lot's of fun meeting each other and eating food and talking about all kinds of topics!!

All in all it was a really great time, and I really want to thank everyone who came out! I look forward to more meetups in the future, getting to meet more new members, and continuing to grow this great community
