add the 'Home' menu to the profile in Esteem

I would like to suggest, to add or display "Home" to make it easier to access the homepage

Proposal

today re-give suggestions about eSteem. I am very happy to use this app. I look forward to adding a feature I recommend that all users easily recover their home page without having to go back to the start menu
