I asume a lot of people around the steem comunity already know about the topic of this article, for those who don't here is a little information about bitconnect :
Bitconnect is a open source cryptocurrency which has been described as high yeild invest program and a ponzi scheme.
So what! its all over now isnt it ?
I thought so! I personally never belived in bitconnect and always told people not to trust their money in this game beacuse it had the structure of a ponzi , and unfortunately it was as I thought,But looking at the bitconnect system now got me thinking different
Bitconnect was quite popular on his "Gold days" and a lot of people were using this platform to earn more money, maybe it all started as a big idea or maybe it became a big idea later, but we don't know that we know that bitconnect is for sure one of the biggest platforms in crypto comunity. Maybe it started as a scam but later on it became a big gold mine.
It worked around a year untill january 16th when it had its crash, but it already becamea gold mine with a comunity around 2m users so they had to came up with another plan on how to make this mine work again
So they came up with a new cryptocurrency,
new concept and brand new page, of course users were the same.
January 16th bitconnect crashes, lending program is closed so is the exchange and everything was terrible for the investitors a lot of people lost their money (I'm sorry for that) and there was a masive sold out of bitconnect tokens wich caused the bitconnect token price drop to around 20$. To comfort the comunity a little and regain their trust they value their token 150$ BUT ONLY IF YOU BUY BITCONNECTX Token
It caused the sale of 250,000+ tokens in a record time 1minut and it was like this for 10 days.
I think what they wanted was to not let the comunity go passive until they release their exchange with a lot of coins trading against bcc and bccx
this means that bccx will have a lot of new users and a lot of transactions that means a lot of benefits for the creator and a lot of benefits for the comunity
