If you like it, put onion ring on it!

I have been wanting Onion Rings for weeks now! Believe me, I still haven't eaten one after I felt craving for it so up until now my tastebuds want it!

I really love the Onion Rings from a local restaurant called Tokyo Tokyo. We usually order a big chicken katsu and shrimp tempura. The katsu is topped with onion rings enough for me so I don't order onion rings ala carte anymore. If by chance, I'm feeling famished then I'd opt for another plate of those delish onions. The texture and the sauce just compliments each other too much that it's good. I know that Tokyo Tokyo's food isn't that great compared to other Japanese restaurants but I like how they did their onion rings. To be honest I haven't tried many Japanese restaurants with onion rings around except for another 2. If ever I'm in a Japanese restau I get Ramen. Ramen! Ramen is life, my wife doesn't agree though, she dislikes it.

I just talked about Ramen, now I'm craving for Ramen too...

Back to onions.

I was gonna try to cook it instead and maybe try out some recipes online, when I found this video from YouTube:

I think the recipe and method was great! However, I'm no fan of alcoholic drinks so I wish to skip the Vodka, however the chef in the video stated the Vodka is there for a reason and there's no substitute for it.
