Brussels sprouts in honey mustard sauce
Ingredients
- 450 g of Brussels sprouts ;
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 60 ml of balsamic vinegar;
- 1 tablespoon honey;
- 1 tablespoon of grainy mustard;
- salt - to taste;
- ground red pepper - to taste;
- slightly grated Parmesan - optional.
Cooking
Cut the cabbages in half. Add oil, vinegar, honey, mustard, salt and pepper to them and mix thoroughly.
Slide the halves on the skewers and grill for about 10 minutes, occasionally turning over. The cabbage should be reddened and become soft. Before serving, you can sprinkle it with parmesan.
