Chocolate cake with milk
Ingredients
- 2 eggs;
- 200 g of sugar;
- vanilla sugar - to taste;
- 100 ml of vegetable oil;
- 250 ml of milk;
- 20 g of cocoa;
- 210 g of semolina;
- 150 g of flour;
- 1½ teaspoons baking powder.
Cooking
Beat the eggs with vanilla sugar and sugar. Without stopping, pour in the oil. Separately combine warm milk and cocoa, add to egg mass and mix. Pour in semolina, mix again and leave for an hour.
Combine flour and baking powder. Add the flour mixture to the semolina and mix well.
Pour the dough into the pan and bake at 180 ° C for about 50 minutes.
