Hey everyone, blessings to you all! I hope you're all doing well and staying warm right now, because I'm freezing here, lol. But even in this cold, I warmed up by drawing a card from the game so I could show it to you today. Haha, I know, it was a terrible introduction to drawing, but I thought it was funny. It's true, I'm freezing right now, you wouldn't believe it; this winter is colder than usual. Anyway, I based the drawing on the E215 Pumper 80 card.
As you can see, it's a new microphone, but not just any microphone; it's one of the uncommon epic ones. That's partly why I chose it for today. It has a very retro design, but at the same time, it almost seems futuristic to me. In any case, I tried to make it as accurate as possible. You can tell me later if it turned out well.
So, I started the drawing by opening the IbisPaint X app and creating the inner frame of the card. I made it in a square shape with curved edges, similar to the original card.
Once the frame was finished, I began to create the microphone's unusual shape. I started by making the handle, that is, the central part, then I painted the head and one of the lower edges to give it shape.
The next thing I drew was the most important part, the speech bubble—the top sphere—and several other decorative details. I honestly think the shape is really curious and funny. It's just a simple way of saying I love it.
Now to paint this sketch. As you can see in this drawing, I used pure colors for the background and frame, but on top of those pure colors, I also used some spray-effect colors to create a mist effect and thus imitate the color of the example card in those areas. See how it turned out.
And to wrap things up, folks, here's the finished drawing. I really enjoyed drawing this microphone. I hope you enjoyed the process too. See you later.
