There are no makeovers in my books. The ugly duckling does not become a beautiful swan. She becomes a confident duck able to take charge of her own life and problems.
Caught these at the Zoo a while back. They definitely are no ugly ducklings. They were having a great time entertaining all the people that where passing by.
I wish more people can learn from these great animals, looks does not always matter.
We are all beautiful in our own way.
We also don't have to let others opinions drag us down, we can simply let it roll off us like water on a ducks back.
As long as we are happy and confident with our own self, then that is all the matters in the end.
