Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
- 2 tablespoon tomato
- 3 egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 210 gm drained American corn kernels
- 2 tablespoons minced green onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped cucumber
- 1/2 cup milk
- 85 gm cream cheese
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- salt as required
- 1/4 cup salsa sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream

Step 1
To begin with, take a large bowl and put cream cheese along with butter and mix until you get the desired smooth texture. Then, add eggs and mix well. Pour milk and mix yet again.Step 2
Once done, add Indian meal, general flour, leaven and salt in keeping with one's style. mix with condiment, corn kernels and scallion. Divide the mixture into equal parts.
Step 3
Your next step would be to place a pan on medium flame and pour one portion of the batter and cook until you see the bubbles forming on top, turn to the other side immediately and cook until golden brown. Repeat the procedure with the rest of the batter portions.Step 4
Once ready, transfer during a dish. Serve with shredded tomato, cucumber, condiment sauce and cream.
