Porchetta
While I don't eat meat often, for some reason I had cravings for pork and this dish was perfect for the occasion.
The only slight change I might request is to add some more veggies.
Unique option on Cibo's wine card are wine flights. Especially enjoyed pairing Masseria Surani "Heracles", Primitivo (2016) with Porchetta.
Overall, very pleasant atmosphere!
