Anybody who delegates will be awarded SMTs based on:
- How many blocks during the ICO your SP was invested with us.

- How much SP was invested with us.
Scenarios:
Account A delegates 1M SP during 500K blocks of ICO
Account B delegates 500K SP during 1M blocks of ICO
- These accounts will each receive equal amounts of DLUX SMT
Account A delegates 10 SP during 500K blocks of ICO
Account B delegates 1M SP during 10 blocks of ICO
- Account A will receive 1/2 as many tokens as account B
