"Skills" es una palabra muy reconocida en el mundo de la música, sobre todo en el género urbano como el Rap con la que muchos artistas se identifican, pues se refiere a los recursos que tiene un artista para crear su arte musical y lamentablemente en Risingstar abundan muchos artistas que por ego y humos altos siempre quieren opacar a los nuevos o pequeños artistas que apenas comienzan.
Un claro ejemplo para ello está el artista "The ego" apodado así graciosamente debido a que muchos de sus fans al enterarse de que "sus letras" realmente eran escritas por otra persona que no era él, esto es muy común en la industria musical, pero lo peor del caso es que The ego no siendo el compositor de las mismas aun así fanfarronea humillando a otros artistas por de bajo de él queriendo aplastar sus carreras.
Por suerte hay pocos, pero artistas únicos también que a pesar de no contar con gran fama, tienen un talento innato y respetado, tal caso se tiene con Jake mejor conocido como aquel que representa siempre el pueblo de donde vino a deleitarnos con su música y letras que van desde lo pesado a lo consciente, pero sin alardear sobre su propio talento a la hora de hacer lo que le apasiona...

A clear example of this is the artist "The ego" so hilariously nicknamed because many of his fans to learn that "his lyrics" were actually written by someone other than him, this is very common in the music industry, but the worst thing is that The ego not being the composer of the same even so bragging humiliating other artists for under him wanting to crush their careers.

Jake desde su pueblo natal siempre demostró un gran interés hacia la música, pues los ritmos de música típica que escuchaban sus abuelos lo hacían cantar e inclusive en una que otra fiesta bailar también, por lo que creció en un hogar muy culto, respetuoso y religioso, sin duda.
Lo que sucedía con Jake es que él mismo solo a medida que creció se detenía a escuchar cada letra y logro descubrir que todas siempre narraban lo bello de la vida como los amoríos, fiestas y básicamente incitaban a que apenas al resonar sus ritmos pegajosos las personas se pusieran a bailar alegremente olvidando las penurias que muy comúnmente si viven en todo el mundo.
Por lo que de una manera muy sutil y analítica, Jake poco a poco fue creando su propia filosofía de vida, pues sería de gran importancia para su carrera como rapero debido a que claramente él quería tocar membranas que son sensibles para algunas personas y esa es la realidad a la que nadie quiere estar atento, pues la música de por sí desde tiempos memoriales fue creada para bailar y disfrutar más no para mortificarse, ver o reconocer errores.

Sin embargo, Jake muy respetuosamente se retiraba y dirigía a sus seguidores a otro lugar para no perturbar a las personas mayores, pero ya era demasiado tarde para dar vuelta atrás, pues Jake había creado un nuevo movimiento musical y muchos lo seguían apoyando a medida que los meses pasaban.

Jake sin más nada que esperar hizo una repuesta o mejor dicho una "tiradera" mejor conocida en el género urbano, dando a conocer secretos que ni siquiera los propios fans de The ego sabían como lo era, lo dé las letras y que su fama se debía gracias a otra persona a la que ni siquiera le dio reconocimiento alguno en toda su carrera lucrándose así desde sus inicios de una manera injusta, inclusive el mismo Jake afirmó en sus rimas que The ego en algunas ocasiones se había adueñado de temas muy conocidos para generar dinero sin el consentimiento de los autores ya fallecidos o familiares.
Luego de esto muchas personas dieron la espalda a The ego, ya apodado así por todo lo sucedido, pues al fin y al cabo Jake no decía mentira alguna, pues muchos de los artistas y familiares estafados demandaron al mismo. Luego de esta gran controversia, Jake se ganó sin duda el respeto de muchas más personas y artistas que apreciaban su música y a como gano amigos, gano enemigos también y debido al tema tan polémico que había desatado, esto lo llevo a ser más reconocido llegando a tener oportunidades para grabar con raperos como Makie.

Por otro lado, muchos lo consideran un verdadero Skill, pues desde sus inicios no contaba con recursos materiales o monetarios para su música, pero sin lugar a dudas tenía la habilidad como rapero para dotar de complejidad sus rimas.
