Bewitcher „Under the Witching Cross”
Bewitcher is pure speedmetal madness, slightly sprinkled with black soup. "Under the Witching Cross" is a collection of eight great songs sparklingly inspired by Venom, Iron Angel, Violent Force and of course Motörhead. This 100% metal album is a mousse for those who don't leave their homes without a striped kathana, drink beer from a bugle-can at parties and then holler at their mouths and make strange gestures with their hands (yes, we all know such people). Fuck, sometimes you can count a little, and the album Bewitcher is a perfect soundtrack for that. Riffy, refrains, melodies - they are catchy, sharp, but to be remembered after the first listening, so really being fucked you can tear your mouth off together with Matt. I haven't heard such a good album recorded in this genre in a long time - I think the guys didn't even have to try too hard to record such a catchy and aggressive album, because the whole thing sounds very natural and relaxed. It means that this black/speed metal actually plays in their black souls, and it's not a product calculated to be applauded.
