Students were charged with instigating rebellion, abduction of effects belonging to the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), destruction of fortress and violation of a security zone. These students were not only kidnapped but were presented to the Fifth Military Court of Aragua, something that is totally unconstitutional.
