This is Russel, the Greater Swiss Mountain Dog. He is a champion in his category, but what makes him special is unusual friendship with a child. They grew up together. Although they are “the same” age Russel is mature now and take care of Mario. He is the first to help. Greater Swiss Mountain males are massive and strong. They whey ~65kg (185lbs), it does not prevents them to be one of most sensitive race in the world, so It is not a surprise, that they often server as rescue dogs.
