Hi guys! How are you guys doing? May everything is great!
Today, i would like to share with you guys one of the authentic Malaysian cuisine, It's Nasi Lemak! it has been one of the favourite cuisine in our multiracial country. you can say if you haven't taste the nasi lemak while travelling in Malaysia, you missed one of the greatest thing about Malaysia.
As you can see, Nasi Lemak is one completed main dish that can serve you for breakfast, lunch, dinner or even supper. how good is that! Coconut rice, spicy sambal on the side, nuts, fried anchovies, and either the selection of boiled egg, fried egg or sunny side up.
i ordered the sunny side up for my egg, which is whoah! blew up my tastebuds. But the thing that set apart Kodai Ain's Nasi Lemak with the rest, it is their special sambal with slices of petai (Parkia speciosa). it gives you a different taste unlike the normal, cliche nasi lemak.
ain't this looks mouthwatering?
The location is just next to a huge paddy field but the harvesting season has ended so we haven't get to experience the beautiful view while enjoying our breakfast.
I hope you guys love my review and don't forget to upvote and resteem.
