The sabbath day is not only on Saturday. Sometimes, Holy week can be any day. It allows three days and three nights.
If you die on Wednesday afternoon, you're supposed to be buried at the beginning of Thursday, three days and three nights. Exactly. That was when Mary Magdalene even came to the tomb to see if Jesus had resurrected. That's why the believers of the Catholic Church that on Friday might not be true. This is the teaching that is false sometimes.
In Matthew 8, verse 1, it says, At the end of the Sabbath, as it began to dawn, towards the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and ordered Mary
to see the sepulcher.
This shows that it might be false. His reason is not that that is so the Lord described us. At the beginning of that Sunday, at the end of the Sabbath, as it began to dawn towards the first day of the week, at the end of the Sabbath, it was beyond the first day,
It's allowed three days and three nights. So if the Lord Jesus Christ died on Wednesday afternoon at three o'clock, so this can be the reason why he was buried by Joseph before sunset because the day he was buried is the preparation of the Sabbath and it was on the sunset. They had to wrap him in some clothes and buried him
at the tomb.
So on Thursday, at the beginning of Thursday,
and we are allowed for three days, and he resurrected before the dawn of the Sabbath. There were two Sabbaths that year. In preparation of that year, which is Wednesday and Thursday, the Sabbath can become any day. And different kinds of Sabbath day was practiced by the Jews.
Not all Sabbath day falls on Saturday. There are Sabbath day that can fall on the day of the week. Holy week can be any day.
