Bankera ICO, one of the longest and most consistent so far, with more than 100,000 contributors, ended a couple of days ago, with more than $100 million cashed in.
In a much anticipated post on their blog, Bankera confirmed a couple of hours ago that they will redistribute the remaining tokens - the ones that didn't sell in the ICO - on a pro rata to all the actual token holders. So if you bought some BNK, you will actually get some more, for free, because the ICO didn't reach the hard cap.
Also, the actual BNK tokens will be released during March, after which BNK will be finally open to trade on HitBTC (and Bankera's own exchange).
Another interesting update in that blogpost is about the Spectrocoin debit cards, which were shut down at the beginning of the year, during the (in)famous VISAGATE: new virtual cards will be issued by the end of March, and the new plastic cards will be available starting from the second quarter.
Bankera aims to create a "blockchain bank", after pivoting from their Sepctrocoin debit cards, which is now called their "MVP". This seems to be the direction taken by other debit cards providers, such as Bitwala, which recently announced they will have a licensed bank in Germany starting July this year.
