Everyone wants a paycheck at the end of each month with great amount. There is no doubt in this that we all require money as it is the essential part of your life to complete the needs.
The point of earning is to enjoy the life but if you are the office from first date of month till last then you are having an unhealthy work-life and you need to balance it as this workaholic lifestyle can make a great effect on the mental health of your body and you will suffer a lot.
The risk of getting many health risks is posed due to workaholic lifestyle.
So if you are really workaholic and have unhealthy obsession with work then you may have these psychiatric disorders.
1.Anxiety can be there if you worry about your work even on weekends on even on your vacations. So to minimize this risk you should practice Yoga and meditation and try to leave your work at workplace only.
2.Depression is common issue with people who have high ambition and unrealistic goals and due to sense of dissatisfaction they feel depressed. So if you live with high expectations and live without the reality in dreams then the risk of depression is really high.
3.Attention deficit disorder is associated with children and many workaholics who work for long hours and take work along with them at home are at great risk of AD. Such persons should follow regular fitness regime like yoga and try to be disciplined and focused.
