We all knew that gun control was going to come up, we knew that conspiracy theories would be abound. Multiple gunman, false flags,Antifa, or Skinheads. Whatever that whoever your listening to is trying to say.. the only thing for sure is that people are dead, and the media and politicians are attempting to make this a political debate.
Point and case, Hilary Clinton saying she doesn't want to politicize it, then a few hours later attacking the NRA. I guess her definition of politicizing and mine are different, because what she said is exactly what I consider politicizing the event.
The real problem we need to address is not controlling guns, or talking about if people who take Xanax should be allowed to own weapons. The real reason we will have another mass shooting in the near future is that, its the easiest way to get famous. Its the easiest way to have millions hear your name and your story. To spread your manifesto or views. Its the easiest way to make people remember you.
Why is it all those things? Because the media glorifies those things, and does exactly what psychology suggests they don't do. They show the chaos and they make the shooter a martyr. They give him his 15 minutes of fame. The next person gets mad one day and remember how much fame the last mass killer had, and they obtain that fame the easiest way they can. The news thrives on these situations, they eat it all up. All they really do is fuel the fire in the minds of the next mass killers. They let them know there will be an audience.

What if the news instead doesn't say the name of the murderer, because the murderer doesn't deserve the attention. What if the media talks about the victims, and the large amount of people donating money and blood. What if they focus on the heroes and lost souls?
