Family Courts are a Joke...

Well my situation doesn’t involve #ChildProtectiveServices ( CPS ) though at times I wish it had.. Basically I was in a toxic relationship with a woman who was a sever narcissist. We were together on and off both unfaithful and not respecting each others wishes and boundaries for about 2 and a half years when we finally decided to call it quits for the final time.. After a few weeks of separation the Ex contacts me to tell me she’s pregnant.. Stupidly, we end up trying to get back together to now raise a child while both of us were still very immature and clueless. Our problems didn’t just up and walk away and neither of us were happy so there was a lot of dishonesty from both of us.
After an additional 2 and a half years of our half assed attempt at co-parenting an living together as room mates/ friends the shit finally hit the fan.. We got into an argument and a small pushing match and the police were called.. There were false claims made and I was put in jail for a night.. The mother didn’t expect the consequences of her pathetic claims to be so grand and life altering and while we had court for this issue she had asked both the judge and prosecutor to drop all charges as what she initially claimed, didn’t happen… Unfortunately once the State takes hold of a case you can’t just take back what you said… After dealing with this court situation she still let me have regular contact with my daughter for a few more months until she started seeing another man.. This man is on probation for domestic strangulation and battery on an 8 month pregnant woman(his ex before my child’s mother) only a few months prior to becoming the in house father figure to my child.. I instantly filed for custody of my child and I was forced to goto a 27 week class for domestic abuse and had to attend parenting classes while driving an hour and a half almost monthly to the court house just to be given a new excuse or hoop to jump through.. After 2 years of court as a lower middle class father Ive gotten no where,, I am allowed a 2 hour supervised visit biweekly that I have to pay $36.00 USD for per hour… I have nothing but good reports from my visits yet the mother is avoiding all attempts at co-parenting and or expanding parenting time.. I need someone with experience in the family courts and can help me.. Parental Alienation has put such a weight on my mental health and sadly the only thing that can even sway the family courts is money and a better lawyer than hers… For some reason Family Court seems to avoid using logic when it comes to applying judgement and literally do zero investigation into false claims,,
